Glacier employee abducted in Wajir County

Ali Muhumed Osman, 38, an employee of Glacier bottling company was reportedly abducted on Saturday at around 6.30PM by four well armed men.

Mr. Ali was reported to be at the company’s main gate when the heavily armed men driving in a Toyota Hilux Reg. No. KCM 165A took him.

The incident has since been reported at Wajir Police station and all other relevant offices in a bid to find out his whereabouts and identify the heavily armed men.

This incident comes months after three people who were on a road construction site were abducted by suspected Alshabab militia group between Khorof Harar and Riba location in Wajir East.
