
President Kenyatta has on thursday signed the second Supplementary Appropriation Bill(NO.2) of 2019 into law.
The move indicates the release of Shs 73.4 billion that will go funding several Government projects and services for the period ending 30th june 2020.
Leaders Present include National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale, Acting National Treasury CS Ukur Yatani, Attorney General Paul Kihara, National Assembly Clerk Michael Sialai and state House Deputy Chief of Njee muturi

Parliament passed the bill on Wednesday before National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi presented it to the President for signing.
